Manjit is a qualified Master Trainer/Leadership Coach. He has conducted training and coaching programs for the past 20 years in Human Capital Development. He is also an exuberant speaker, Certified Professional Business Coach with the International Professional Managers’ Association England, Corporate Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a certified Trainer with the Directive Communication Psychology and the American Institute of Business Psychology. He holds the PP/PPD/PPL certificate issued by the National Vocational Training Council (JPK) and the SLG II Train the Trainer certificate from Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad, Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia. He is also a qualified National Service (Khidmat Negara) Chief Facilitator.
