He has helped several organizations to develop their sales training and motivational modules.Victor has many achievements under his belt. He obtained Top Sales Award, Country Sales Malaysia (Worldbook Childcraft International) in 1982, Top Sales Coach, Next Generation Business Resources, Los Angeles U.S.A., 2004 and Top Sales Award, PT Sakti International Jakarta Annual Awards,1995. He was the Charter President, Damansara Utama Toastmasters Club and Chief Coach/Consultant, Institute of Management Marketing, Hong Kong & Beijing Past Division Governor, Toastmasters International.He has travelled to New York, Los Angeles, Manila, Hong Kong, Taipei, Jakarta, Beijing, Shanghai and Singapore to learn and conduct communication and negotiation skills training. Victor was a trainer and platform speaker in rallies and conventions since 1982.
