He is able to present his concept to both English and Malay speaking participants with ease.He has trained almost 500 companies and 3000 personnel. He has been involved in training for the 18 years and has trained personnel from numerous companies including Rubberflex, Aker Solution, Worley Parson, IRIS Cooperation, Jardine Antah Schindler, Mardec, Mattel, Fujitsu Component, Dunlop Malaysia, Sirim, Penang Port, and Petronas Oil and Gas Refinery Plant.
