Biodata: Ken has over 10 years of experience in experiential learning. His initial outdoor experiences, training and skill development began at Outward Bound Malaysia, Lumut (OBML). Besides the main role as a facilitator, he also designed, led and coordinated programs for internal staff development, youth and children.After OBML, Ken continued to venture into different outdoor adventure learning companies in Malaysia and internationally. He continued to expand his exposure and development in managing programs for children and youth in experiential learning, corporate and adult programs. His programs include Team Performance, Leadership Development, Amazing Race and other outdoor adventure based program; not just in Malaysia but also in Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Taiwan, Australia and South Africa.He is a certified Life Saving, First Aid, Kayaking, Ropes Based Activities and Facilitation Skills trainer qualified as a Wilderness First Responder (Australia).
