Pre-selected pool of people of any Organization to be trained as “Brand Ambassadors”.

Selection Criterion: Employees of Organization (Management and Staff at all levels) selected to play active role of Brand Ambassador for the specific Brand of an Organization (Corporate/Product/Service/Place/Etc), to principally build/enhance Brand-Customer Relationship and Brand Loyalty through Brand Advocacy, as well as to project the Desired Brand Image.

Methodology

Experiential Mode, via: (a) Principles and Concepts in Holistic Branding and Role of Brand Ambassador. (b) Case Discussions. (c) Creative Learning Tools for Great Brand Delivery. (d) Mini Quizzes to affirm Key Learning Points and Brand Understanding and Brand Affinity. (e) Practicals, Role Plays, Presentations and Demonstrations by Participants.

• Individual Performance Evaluation and Action Plan from Facilitator.
• Group/Team Report after conclusion of Workshop.
