Biodata: Khaw provides advisory services and training in human resource management, industrial relations and mergers & acquisitions of companies for those in banking, insurance, merchant banking, leasing, finance, securities, trading and manufacturing. His last position was the Head of Resource Management for one of the largest local banks where he was responsible for the whole spectra of human resource functions including compensation & benefits, recruitment & placement, performance management system, manpower planning and succession planning. He has extensive experience in collective bargaining and managing unions and was also responsible for the merger of 3 commercial banks and 2 finance companies.
